Shanti Massage and Healing Arts wants to help you recognize deserving people in the community who, due to some financial or extenuating circumstances, might not otherwise be able to access the benefits of massage therapy.

To nominate someone you think deserves a free month of service (two massage treatments), fill out the form below. Entries may also be submitted via regular mail.

Entries are limited to the first ten submissions and do not roll over to the following month. Entries that are not chosen may be resubmitted.

Entries will be reviewed and awarded monthly, and will be accepted until the 15th of the preceding month (for example, July 15th through August 15th to be awarded in September).
